Because many Amoura products are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, finish, colour and other handmade characteristics may naturally occur. Actual colours may also vary slightly depending on your display or device.

Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. Prices, availability and products may change from time to time. Orders must be successfully paid through the payment methods made available during checkout.

Orders & fulfilment

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. We may cancel or be unable to fulfil an order in exceptional circumstances, including stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment problems, suspected fraud, technical errors or other legitimate operational reasons. Where an already-paid order is cancelled by us and a refund is due, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the relevant refund process.
