Shipping policy

How and when your Amoura order reaches you.

Amoura Original carefully prepares and packs every order before dispatch.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery

Standard delivery across serviceable locations in India is generally expected within approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, high-demand periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Orders below ₹999: ₹99 standard shipping charge.
Orders of ₹999 and above: free standard shipping within India.

Bulk & corporate orders

Shipping charges and timelines for bulk, customised or corporate orders may vary depending on quantity, packaging and destination. We will coordinate the applicable arrangements with you.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, you may receive it through supported communication channels and can also check it on our Track Order page.

Shipping partners

Orders may be fulfilled through logistics partners supported by our shipping network.

Delivery exceptions

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or customer unavailability, it may be returned to origin. Any eligible re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges where applicable.

International shipping

Amoura Original currently ships within India only. International shipping is currently unavailable.
