Privacy policy

How Amoura Original collects, uses and protects your information.

Information we collect

Name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order history, gift details you add at checkout, reviews you submit, and emails you give us for the newsletter or back-in-stock alerts. With your consent, basic usage data to improve our store.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver orders
  • To send order updates by email or WhatsApp
  • To send marketing only if you opt in

Analytics and advertising

With your separate optional consent, Google Analytics receives page visits and shopping activity to measure store usage. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives page visits, product database identifiers, quantities, INR order values and verified payment Purchase events through Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure advertising and optimize ad delivery. Where you explicitly accept marketing, we may share Meta browser/click identifiers (_fbp and _fbc), your browser user agent, and a SHA-256 hashed checkout email for matching. Hashing is not anonymization. We do not send your delivery address, gift message or payment card details to Meta.

Optional tracking stays off until you choose. We store a pseudonymous visitor reference, the date and time, notice version and each analytics and marketing choice, retaining acceptance evidence if you later withdraw. Declining never affects checkout or payment. Withdrawal stops future browser and server advertising reporting; earlier information already sent remains subject to the provider's policies. Events blocked before acceptance are not replayed.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with service providers who help run the store — our payment processor (Razorpay), shipping and courier partners (via Shiprocket), our website hosting and email delivery providers, and, if you consent, Google Analytics and Meta. We do not sell your personal data.
