All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Once packed and dispatched, the delivery timeline applies.
2. Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery time across India is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. In some remote or high-demand areas, minor delays may occur beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping charge of ₹99 (India only)
- Orders ₹999 and above: Free shipping — no hidden costs
4. Bulk & Corporate Orders
For large or custom bulk orders, shipping cost and timeline may vary depending on the quantity, packaging requirements, and location. Our team will coordinate with you directly for the best solution.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp. You can follow real-time updates through our courier partner’s website.
6. Shipping Partners
We ship pan-India through trusted logistics services like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
7. Delivery Exceptions
If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or customer unavailability, it may be returned to origin. Re-delivery can be arranged with an additional shipping charge.
8. International Shipping
At present, we ship only within India. International shipping options will be introduced in the near future.
