Return & Refund Policy

At Amoura, each candle is carefully handcrafted with love and intention. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Exceptions — Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. We will make it right. Please follow the steps below to initiate a claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.
  • Include your order ID and registered mobile number/email.

Once verified, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement for the damaged/wrong item, OR
  • Provide a refund to your original payment method (if replacement is not possible).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

What is NOT Eligible

  • Minor imperfections or color variations, as each candle is handmade.
  • Returns based on fragrance preferences or personal dislikes.
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
